Being a student at Nottingham University is great!

We have the chance to develop as an independent person, meet new people, face new challenges and explore our own identity. Who are we, where do we come from and where are we going?

Over two thousand years ago in the Middle East lived a man called Jesus. He claimed to be the promised Christ expected by the Jewish people; he claimed to know exactly where he came from and exactly where he was going (see John 8:14). To a world asking big questions he provided life-changing answers. He spoke about who we can be, where we are from and where we are going. This website was put together by the Christian Union at Nottingham University as apart of our mission week, Identity. It is our hope that through this site you’ll be able to discover and investigate the message of Christianity, discover more about Jesus and his love for us and discover more of God, the God that created us, the God who satisfies us, the God who comforts us and the God that rescues us.

Our mission week is taking place from 11th-16th February and there are loads of events taking place across campus with a café set up in the atrium all week.
